Glass Art Handmade in Sheffield

The cacti are hand cut from coloured and clear art glass, layered, decorated and fused in a glass kiln to melt the layers of glass together. The cactus is then decorated and fused for a second time maintaining a spiky surface texture.

Due to their handmade nature, shapes, patterns and sizes vary slightly making each cactus a unique piece of art for you to enjoy.

Sizes

The terracotta pot is app 5.5 cm (2.2 inches ) high and 7 cm (2.8 inches) at the rim. 
The cacti add between 6 and 11 cm in height (2.5 to 5.5 inches), the width does not exceed the rim of the pot which is  cm /  inches. the set consists of 

• Flowering cactus: app 5 cm in diameter with 1-2 cm flower height app. 6 cm (2×2.4 inches)
• Mosaic cactus:  app 8-9 cm x 6 cm with red flowers ( 3.5 inches x  2.4 inches). 
• Tall flowering cactus stems: 2 stems 8 cm and 11 cm (3.2 and 4.4 inches) tall incl yellow flower. 

DIY option

As the shipping for this item can get very expensive, I am offering a do–it–yourself option where you can order the glass parts only without pot and you can arrange the cacti in your own pot at home.
